Natasha Thomas is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience working in a clinical setting. Natasha’s approach is direct, non-judgmental and compassionate. Natasha is trained and certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Seeking Safety, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, Grief & Loss for Children, Adolescents and Adults. She believes the journey of therapy is not individual, but one where you and your therapist travel together.

In 2020, Natasha co-founded her private practice; Change Therapeutic Services, Inc., where she considers the importance of the surrounding systems, adversity, destructive patterns, reducing stigmas and how these areas affect those seeking therapy.
