Out of pocket cost. The current cash rate for an individual initial assessment is $175.00. The following sessions are $150.00 for a 50-minute session. Family and Couple sessions are $200.00 for the initial assessment and the following sessions are $175.00 for a 50-minute session. A formal request to fill out a form/letter, by any of our Clinicians, regardless of the content, is $100.00 and is not covered by your insurance provider.
We do not offer a sliding scale however, we provide donations to low-cost agencies and organizations that provide services at a reduced cost.
There are many insurance options available. Please call us at (909) 654-0798 or (909) 688-6604 to verify your insurance and ensure coverage for sessions. Co-pays vary based on your insurance plan and coverage within the plan. You are responsible to pay your deductible as a part of your individual insurance plan.
To cancel or reschedule a therapy session, a minimum of a 48-hour notice of cancellation of your session is required. If prior arrangements are not set and confirmed, you will be charged the full fee for the session with the credit card on file. Your insurance does not and will not cover the cancellation fee.
