Are you the distractor or the distracted? Have you ever wondered how it is that you are distracted? I believe a more curious question is, why am I being distracted? Are you avoiding something that you need to do? Are you judging your ability to begin, continue in, or finish a task? Are you measuring your success to the path of others? It is okay if you don’t have life figured out yet. It is okay if those around you don’t have life figured out yet. I want you to ask yourself a question; is there any movement present while you or they are figuring it out? Are they or you distracted with ideas that are not productive and causing a loss of focus or forward movement? If so, I want to suggest that you ask yourself a question. If I am distracted, why would I want to distract someone else? OR/AND If someone is distracting me, what did I turn my attention to or away from? Here is another suggestion: Seek to find the real answers to why you are being distracted and align yourself with those who have a moving mindset. In this way, you are intentional in your ability to focus on what is in front of you and you can communicate your concerns about being distracted so you can KEEP MOVING FORWARD.
