Courage is the starting for all of us. You can gain strength and courage while having the confidence to stop to look fear in the face. You must inhale courage and exhale fear.
In the midst of all of this you must do things you fear the most. Courage and confidence will grow with practice and self-awareness. We are never alone. You must have faith and courage to restart. God will help you, just call on him. Courage doesn’t mean you will not be afraid. Courage means you won’t let fear stop you. Being afraid is your reaction and courage is a decision you make to make it to your endpoint.
